Color Me Goodwill is a fashion show with a mission, where six local designers will create a collection based on an assigned color, using items sourced from our Goodwill stores. This year, Color Me Goodwill is partnering with the Asheville Humane Society! While judges tabulate the audience votes on their favorite designer, you can enjoy a runway show of ambassador dogs rocking their own special looks! "For the first time ever, we'll partner with the Asheville Humane Society, so that the audience will not only see some great fashions, they'll also get to see some very special dogs, that represent the need of finding forever homes," said Jaymie Eichorn, vice president of marketing for Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina. "Last year we had 450 people attend the fashion show, which is a ticketed event, so we expect it to sell out quickly, especially now that we'll be joined by our adorable furry friends," said Ms. Eichorn.
