I adopted Lucy when she was 5, from another family, because she was not happy with her animal companions in that home. Lucy is one of the sweetest, most loving cats. She loves to cuddle, sleep with you, and loves to be petted. She is a great TV watching companion. She is shy around strangers, so may take a little time to warm up to a new person. She has been great with our other cat, they even met at an older age, and is good living with cats as long as they aren't dominant. However, she is not getting along with our dog, even though she has her own private spaces, she wants to be where she wants to be and will hiss, growl, and swipe at the dog unprovoked. We are also expecting a baby soon and her behavior is bringing out my mommy protective instincts. She is truly lovely but would prefer to be an only animal if possible, in a laid back home. I just can't give that to her anymore. She is healthy and is happy as an indoor only cat. She has never had any problem with using her litter box or any other bad behavior. Please let me know if you have any questions, and thank you.
