There are a number of opportunities to have your pets vaccinated and microchipped at a low cost in our community. Asheville Humane Society facilitates a low-cost vaccination and microchip clinic once every month. Keeping our pets current on vaccinations is essential for their health and helps prevent deadly disease and high veterinary bills. Microchips can help your pet be returned home to you, should they ever become lost. An annual wellness visit with your veterinarian is still recommended even if you attend a clinic for vaccines or microchips.

Low Cost Clinics are facilitated through our Safety Net Program. Safety Net's goal is to remove pet care obstacles and ensure pets stay in their homes where they are loved.
